AND I LOVED TODAE'S HISTORY LESSON,

and my humanities journal was colorful for the first time,
cause i always take notes with blue pen,
todae i used 3 colours,
for the first time,
AND I AINT USED TO IT,
sucks la,

the most interesting part is,
Ms Teo telling us about,

the westerners and the chinese
guilty&innocent,

The Chinese;
"You're guilty unless you prove to me that you're innocent,"

The Westerners;
"You're innocent unless i prove that you're guilty,"

which one is more unfair?
i spent alot of time thinking about it,
yeah,
and i think both are veh veh unfair,
i am just sharing my thoughts,
i have no other intentions like offending people who think differently,
because,
i know i have my own point of view,

you see ah,
both of the sentences should be said by one person who has authority right?
that means they have rights and they MIGHT abuse their rights,

"You're guilty unless you prove to me that you're innocent,"
this is from the Chinese,
let's say,

an official come knocking on my door and say,
"you're guilty,"
then he starts to whack me,
like what alvin shared todae,
then i will get whacked,
i tried to prove that i am innocent,
but that dumb official just bu shuang me,
then he insists that i am guilty,
so i get whacked until i die,

because the officials have power,
and no matter how much we prove to them that we're innocent,
they say we're guilty,
then we're,
right?
what can we do?

"You're innocent unless i prove that you're guilty,"
this is from the Westerners,

let's say,
i am innocent now,
and i did nothing wrong,

he can just accuse me for any crimes,

but in fact i aint guilty,

this is the abuse of power,

but if i were to choose,
i would rather people prove that i am innocent,
because it sucks to be accused,
i rather be guilty and wait for someone to prove my innocence,
this way feels better,

the modern law right,
we all use this,
"You're innocent unless i prove that you're guilty,"
let's say,
if there's no abuse of power,
it's ULTRA FAIR xD
that's what i think la,
let's say people of justice,
they wont go around abusing their power,
if they can prove that you're guilty,
then you're,
but before that,
everyone is innocent,
yeah,

but i find the part about abusing of power really crappish,

that kind of stuff might have happened before right?

saw jiahui and her fren at the bus-stop outside the school gate,
then jingjing,chloe,alvin and i took 51,
i still prefer sitting on 97,
serious,
cause 97 feels much more comfortable ^^

i spent like 40 mins blogging le,
i wont be staying up tonight,
i seriously need some sleep,
